GVS Realistic Fly Tying System Pro Staff for Italy and Europe, Mr. Massimo Magliocco

Massimo Magliocco, after having fished in the most classic technics, at the beginning of the 80s, joined the fishing with the artificial fly and since then has always fished with this technique but only and exclusively using dry flies. Massimo was the only founder, president and technical director of FFM Italia and still FFM UK Technical Director, has produced many DVDs in both English and English concerning launch and fly fishing. His book "Torrenti & Dry Fly" written in 2001 and "The Fly Over the Stream" which is having an extraordinary success among fishermen. Same for the English version of "Dry Fly Fishing in Fast Water" which is very much appreciated by the Anglo-Saxon fishermen and not only and "Along the banks of the river" the book of his fisherman's life. He has collaborated and continues to do so with almost all Italian magazines and has also written for major English magazines such as "Fly Fishing & Fly Tying" and has recently collaborated with the American magazine "American Angler". He is an important flywheel designer and has worked with Modern Flies, Maxia Rods, Atomsix and currently is the technical manager of Anglo-American Aleka Sports and the Italian "Smart Fishing". He has been and is one of the most scrupulous scholars as well as proponents of the Italian Style of Technical Launch of which he is a top exponent. He is quoted as a representative of the Italian Style of Casting in the Anglo-Saxon countries, Massimo, through his British school, is making an important effort by developing his style of launch in the UK, USA and Finland.
